DELIVERY
We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
As soon as an order is placed, we begin the delivery process.
Delivery Method
Your order will either be delivered by a member of the TDS Service Team or a courier. Please note unfortunately we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland. However, if your delivery address is outside of the mainland we would still welcome your custom and can deliver to an address of your choice on the UK mainland and you can arrange delivery from there. Alternatively, you can arrange a collection from our store. Please contact us for further details.
Decking, Cladding and Screens
From the day of ordering delivery is typically 5 – 10 business days, but can occasionally be sooner. If you need it more urgently than this, please contact us, we are here to help you and will try to accommodate your needs. When your order is ready to be shipped we will contact you to arrange delivery. You will receive an email or call from us at least 1 working day before delivery so you know when you should expect to receive it. If the day of delivery that has been assigned to you is not convenient please let us know as soon as possible. We can then attempt to re-arrange delivery so your decking arrives on a day that is more convenient for you. If you would like to choose a specific day for your delivery we can arrange this for £120. Please contact us to arrange this. Deliveries take place between 7 am and 8 pm on the allocated day. Our driver will contact you via telephone at least an hour before they are due to arrive. Please make sure suitable access is available to accept the delivery and that you have space to unload the items you have ordered. We accept no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be made due to a lack of access or a lack of space at your property. If possible please make sure someone is available to assist with the delivery. If you need your delivery left in a specific place please let us know. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your decking once it has been delivered.
Decking Accessories
Orders of smaller items such as Joists, Corner Trims, Fascia Boards and Fasteners can be sent via DPD. Delivery usually takes which takes 1-2 working days to reach you. If the order is large it will be delivered by our Service Team. If you have ordered Decking Accessories along with Decking, Cladding or Screens they will be delivered together by our Service Team following the process outlined in the section above.
Delays
In some cases, your delivery may be delayed due to a reason beyond our control, a delivery vehicle breaking down etc. If this does occur, we will always do our best to get the delivery to you as quickly as possible. Our team will contact you to rearrange the delivery time or date.
